  1. Cut the radish into slices. Peel the onions and potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, sauté onions and radishes for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add potatoes and milk to a saucepan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat, and cook, covered, for 5 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Grind the soup with a blender until smooth. Add a little sour cream to each serving, garnish with parsley leaves.
