Creamy soup of young zucchini with cream

  1. Peel and chop young zucchini and carrots.
  2. Peel the onions and garlic.
  3. Transfer the vegetables to a saucepan, add sugar and bay leaves, add water.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, cook over low heat for about twenty minutes, do not remove the lid.
  5. Remove the bay leaf five minutes after the start of cooking.
  6. Place vegetables in a blender bowl, grind until smooth.
  7. Pour the puree back into the pot, season with pepper, salt, cream and butter.
  8. Mix the ingredients, put the cream soup on the fire, cook for five minutes over low heat, stir.
  9. Remove from heat, let stand for fifteen minutes.
