Creamy soup with salmon in a slow cooker

This delicious dish will please your whole family.

Ingredients

• salmon (fillet) - 500 gr,
• potatoes - 250 gr
• onion - 130 gr
• carrots - 130 gr
• cream 20% or sour cream - 500 ml
• soy sauce - 65 ml
• water - 330 ml
• spices - to taste

Directions

1. Wash the fish, cut into small cubes.
2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes too.
3. Add the ingredients to the multicooker bowl, add water, spices and cream, as well as soy sauce.
4. We set the soup program and cook for 1 hour.
5. Beat the finished soup until smooth. Decorate with pieces of fish and vegetables, as well as herbs. Can be served with butter.
