  1. Chop the onion, potatoes, peppers, carrots into cubes, tomatoes into pieces, chop the basil, herbs and garlic into half rings. Fry the chops on both sides until brown, add the onion, cook for another 5 minutes until the onions are browned. Add carrot cubes, fry for 10 minutes, add bell pepper, remove meat, stir and fry vegetables for 5 minutes at high heat.
  2. Put the tomatoes, add the caraway seeds, stir, cook for a quarter of an hour until they soften. Add potatoes, half of the basil, herbs, salt, stir, simmer for 5 minutes. Pour 2.5 cups of water into the vegetables, let it boil, add garlic, put the meat on the bottom, cover with vegetables on all sides, let it boil.
  3. Reduce heat, add salt, simmer lagman with lamb under the lid for half an hour, during which time boil fettuccine. Put fettuccine in portioned bowls, over the lamb chop, sprinkle with vegetable sauce, sprinkle with herbs, serve immediately.
