For me, cream soups come first, overtaking ordinary broths. I love their soft texture and creamy taste. There are also vegetarian options that are suitable for fasting days and special diets.

  1. Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 2-4 hours.
  2. Then boil them in water until tender. In another saucepan, boil the peeled, washed and coarsely chopped potatoes. Salt the water. Then chop the potatoes in mashed potatoes, adding broth. Fry the boiled mushrooms in pieces in oil along with chopped onions and grated carrots. Simmer the ingredients until soft.
  3. After that, grind the food from the pan in a blender along with the puree. Then pour the soup into a saucepan, adding water to the desired consistency. Bring cream soup to a boil. Serve with croutons and herbs. Bon Appetit!
