A recipe from childhood - it was with this soup that my grandmother, who lived in a small village by the forest, fed me. And in the forest there was a lot of mushrooms that were dried for future use. This is what makes a wonderful soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the mushrooms and cover with hot water.
  2. Chop the onion finely. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. You can use a Korean carrot grater. Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the carrots. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir so as not to burn. Remove the mushrooms from the water and rinse again under running water. Cut them into pieces. Strain the water in which the mushrooms are soaked and put on fire. Put chopped mushrooms in it. When the water in the saucepan is boiling, reduce the heat to medium. Add carrots and onions to the soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Break the spaghetti into pieces. And 20 minutes after the onions and carrots, add the spaghetti to the pan. Season with salt to taste and cook until spaghetti is done. Let the ready-made soup steep a little, pouring on plates, season with a little sour cream.
