Duck shurpa on the fire is a very original variation of this popular first course. Recipe for duck hunters;)

Ingredients

  1. Cut the duck into pieces. Pour water into a bucket and dip the duck into it, cut into pieces. When the shurpa boils, skim off the foam. After 10 minutes, add the coarsely chopped carrots. Lay the onion cut into half rings with the carrots.
  2. When the shurpa has boiled for 7 minutes, add the whole potatoes, cut the large ones in half. Add whole greens bound to the bunch. Finely chop some of the greens for a ready-made soup. Also leave 1 onion and tomatoes.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the tomato into small slices. Put tomatoes, herbs, onions, salt and spices into a bucket 15 minutes before cooking. Stir well. Taste it. Remove the prepared shurpa from the heat, let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
