  1. Soak peas in cold water overnight. Wash the leg well, peel it, cut it across into 2 parts. Rinse the peas, add fresh cold water, put the leg on the fire. Cook over low heat for at least 3 hours. Peel the celery, cut into small cubes, finely chop the leek, peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Put vegetables in soup, cook until potatoes are tender. 5 minutes until ready, add the chopped sausage, salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, remove the leg, separate the meat from the bones and place on plates
