Friends, today (April 5) is international Soup Day, so I could not stand aside and share the recipe for one of my favorite soups - fish soup. I want to make a reservation right away that this is a recipe for fish soup (please do not confuse it with fish soup), so that there are no unnecessary questions about the head, tail and other attributes of the fish soup)) The soup turns out to be very, very tasty, light and at the same time quite nutritious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the quinoa first. To do this, rinse the cereals well, pour 100 ml of water, lightly salt and boil under the lid until tender for about 12-15 minutes. As soon as the croup releases its white tails, it is ready.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the onion and send it whole without cutting. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan, cover with water (the amount of water depends on how thick or thin you want the soup to be), add lavrushka, lightly salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a salmon fish (trout, salmon) and mill it. If you have steaks, remove the pits and remove the skin. I want to say right away that the amount of fish added to the soup depends only on your desire and on how thick or thin you like the soup.
  4. Cut the cooked salmon fillet into cubes (do not grind).
  5. Add the finished fillet to the saucepan for the soup and cook for 7-10 minutes. Check the salt for taste and add if necessary. Add quinoa, stir and bring to a boil again. Turn off heat, add chopped dill, mix well. A delicious soup is ready, you can serve it.
