Gazpacho with radish and fennel

  1. Cut 4 tomatoes into wedges. Dice 1 tomato. Cut 4 radishes in half. Cut one radish into strips. Cut one cucumber into slices, the rest into cubes. Cut the fennel into strips. Cut the pepper into strips. Put all the coarsely chopped vegetables, 2/3 peppers, dill, onions, parsley, and lemon juice in a blender bowl. Grind with a blender. Place in a plate, season with salt and pepper and garnish with the remaining vegetables. Bon Appetit!
