  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash vegetables, dry, peel. Slice the pulp of the watermelon, remove the seeds.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl. Add a handful of basil, some ginger, salt, pepper and vinegar, lime juice.
  3. Grind everything until smooth and refrigerate.
  4. When serving, gazpacho with watermelon can be supplemented with finely chopped pieces of vegetables or watermelon, chopped herbs. Bon Appetit!
