Recipe for cold gazpacho soup with soy milk and grapes

  1. Peel half of the white grapes, chop finely. Postpone. Cool soy milk. Finely chop half of the shallot. Postpone. Squeeze out the lime juice. Peel the almonds, cut in half. Combine soy milk and almonds in a blender. Grind in a blender for 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns into a puree.
  2. Add grapes, onions and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grind in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Put in the refrigerator and chill well. Stir well before serving. Pour into bowls, add finely chopped grapes and shallots
