Homemade duck soup

Ingredients

• 400 g of duck meat
• 200 g onions
• 5 potato tubers
• 3 glasses of water
• 3 tbsp sour cream
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 carrot
• parsley
• pepper
• salt

Directions

1. Put the duck to boil in salted water, periodically skimming off the foam, cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, chop the onions finely.
2. Add chopped vegetables, chopped tomatoes and sour cream 30 minutes before the meat is ready, let it boil, salt and pepper.
3. Pour home-style duck soup into bowls and garnish with chopped parsley, add chopped fillet.
