  1. Knead the noodle dough out of eggs, salted flour, baking soda and butter.
  2. Leave, covered with foil, "ripen" for a third of an hour.
  3. Divide into approximately 18-20 balls.
  4. Roll each into a sausage, and then stretch it with your hands, you should get a workpiece up to 0.8 cm thick.
  5. Arrange them in one layer on the board, put in the refrigerator.
  6. Cook the homemade lagman noodles for about 4 minutes so that they do not boil and retain their shape.
