Homemade noodles with meatballs

Ingredients

  1. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, add the ground beef and pork, mix. Pour in boiled rice, ground cumin, paprika, any dry herbs, finely chopped onions, grated ginger root. Salt the mass to taste, add a chicken egg for a bunch. Knead and refrigerate for two hours.
  2. For the dough, mix the flour, beat in one egg and an incomplete glass of warm water. Stir, cover with a cloth, let stand for half an hour for the gluten to swell. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, let dry for 15 minutes. Roll into sausage and cut into strips. Prepare chicken broth from the soup set, add salt and pepper to taste at the end of cooking.
  3. Prepare medium sized meatballs with chilled minced meat. Put in hot broth. Then add chopped onions, fried until golden brown. Reduce the fire to the minimum level. Pour in noodles, cook until tender. When serving noodles with meatballs, decorate with halves of boiled quail eggs (you can not cut them, but break them with your hands), fresh chopped herbs.
