Hungarian Vegetable Potato Soup

Ingredients

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil until transparent.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes and cook with fried onions in the broth for about 10 minutes. Salt. Add dry paprika (I put 1/2 - 1 tsp, no less) and chopped bell peppers and tomatoes (pre-scalded and peeled). Boil for another 10 minutes. You can also blender.
  3. Grind flour with sour cream, dilute with a little water and whisk into boiling soup. Boil for another 5 minutes. Chop fresh parsley or add dry - without fail. And you will have a quick Hungarian vegetable soup.
