As the name suggests, either the soup was originally really associated with weddings, or, in a figurative sense, it meant the "marriage" of the components of the dish itself. Whatever it was - the "marriage" is very successful, the soup is very tasty and uncomplicated, its preparation is within the power of even a novice cook.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the ground beef and pork, the latter can be replaced with turkey. Add bread crumbs or breadcrumbs, salt and ground pepper, chopped parsley and garlic. Beat the egg separately and add to the minced meat, mix. Form small meatballs, bake in a greased baking dish for 20 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees, until golden brown.
  2. Grate Parmesan cheese. Boil any soup paste until half cooked, drain the water. Bring ready-made, saturated chicken stock to a boil in a large container. Add fresh chopped spinach, cook for five minutes.
  3. Add meatballs and pasta, heat over a fire until tender. Serve Italian wedding soup with grated parmesan.
