Korean okroshka "Kuksi"

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the Cooksey. Wash the pork and chop finely. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil. Fry the meat for 20-25 minutes until half cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 70 ml. broth or water. Cover with a lid. Simmer pork with cabbage until tender. Break an egg into a bowl. Beat with a whisk or fork. Fry on both sides in a skillet. Put the noodles in a saucepan with boiling, salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Then drain the water. Cut the chilled omelet into strips. Cucumbers and tomatoes are optional, but not very large.
  2. Collect okroshka. Pour meat broth into a plate or bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar to taste. Pour in the soy sauce.
  3. Place the boiled noodles in a bowl. Add the stewed pork and cabbage. As well as chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and an omelet. Add garlic, green onions and herbs. Korean okroshka "Cooksey" is ready. Can be served at the table.
