Kulesh with mushrooms and potatoes

Kulesh with mushrooms and potatoes

  1. Rinse dry mushrooms, preferably with cold running water, boil, drain and rinse again, then chop finely.
  2. Wash the millet and cook in the same water in which the mushrooms were boiled. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, 10-15 minutes after the millet boils, put the prepared potatoes and cook until tender.
  3. Peel and chop the onion, fry with mushrooms in vegetable oil, when the onion is browned, put it together with the mushrooms in millet, mix and bring the kulesh with mushrooms and potatoes to a boil, remove from heat.
  4. Serve the dish with finely chopped dill and parsley.
