The lamb lagman recipe should start with broth. It can be cooked in advance and not only with lamb. You should also prepare all the necessary ingredients. 2. First of all, wash, dry and cut the lamb into pieces. The smaller the pieces are, the faster the lagman will be ready. Heat a saucepan, adding vegetable oil there, and send the meat into it. 3. While the meat is fried, you can do the vegetables. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the pepper, radish and celery into small pieces.
Send all the vegetables to the stewpan for the meat. Fry lightly and cover with hot broth. Cover and simmer over medium heat for at least 25 minutes.
Peel and chop the garlic. Heat some oil in a separate frying pan and send the garlic there. When the garlic is fried, add the spices to the pan, stir and send all the contents to the saucepan.
