Mackerel ear with herbs

  1. Peel the mackerel, rinse well, cut into pieces. Transfer the fish to a two-liter saucepan, cover with water, add carrots cut into 4 parts, onion and some herbs.
  2. After boiling the liquid, pour the potato cubes and the second carrot, finely chopped, into a saucepan, add salt.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, add lavrushka, pepper and turn off the heat. If the ear of mackerel with herbs is intended only for adults, then, to enhance the taste, pour in a couple of tablespoons (full) of vodka. Pour into bowls, put on a lemon slice, sprinkle with herbs.
