Meat borsch with pepper and lemon

  1. Prepare broth from any meat. Remove the foam.
  2. Grate carrots and beets, sauté together with onion half rings.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice, add to vegetables.
  4. Remove the meat, chop finely, fry with vegetables.
  5. Cut potatoes into medium strips, add to broth, reduce heat.
  6. Add sugar and salt, chili pepper, paprika, hops-suneli to the frying, mix.
  7. Bring the broth to a boil, add the roast.
  8. Fry chopped garlic in oil, transfer to borscht.
  9. Warm up the soup for a third of an hour, serve.
