Some recipes initially surprise with their composition, and then it turns out that the combination is very tasty. For example, there are hot meat dishes that use dried fruits. But what if you make soup out of them?

  1. Rinse and then soak the chickpeas in water for 8-10 hours. Rinse the meat and cut into medium pieces. Boil it in water for 1.5 hours. Set the broth aside.
  2. Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the meat and flour to it. Fry until golden brown. Put the chickpeas to cook in the finished broth.
  3. Add peeled and chopped potatoes to the broth. After 10 minutes, add chopped dried apricots and prunes.
  4. Next, send the fried meat with onions and quince, cut into pieces, to the soup. Scald the tomatoes. Peel them off and then chop up the flesh. Add it to the soup. Then chop the apple coarsely.
  5. Send it to the pot. 10 minutes before cooking, add salt and all the chopped greens to the soup. And at the very end, pour the lemon juice into the soup. All is ready! Bon Appetit!
