Ingredients

• Meat broth 1.4 l
• Herb roots 0.25 kg
• Beets 0.2 kg
• Tomato puree 1 jar
• A spoonful of fat
• Flour 1 pinch
• Spice
• Sour cream
• Ingredients for the meatballs:
• Meat (finely chopped or rolled) 0.3 kg
• Onion 0.5 (medium onion)
• Egg 1 pc.
• Crackers 0.2 kg

Directions

1. We take out the meat from the finished broth, filter the broth, bring to a boil. Put the roots cut into strips, sautéed with tomato puree, into the broth. For the meatballs, chop or scroll the meat, add the finely grated onion, raw egg, water, crackers, add spices, mix. From the finished minced meat we form meatballs - small balls, about two centimeters in diameter. Add the meatballs to the broth and cook until tender. Then add the sautéed flour, grated beets to the soup, and cook a little more over low heat. Before serving in a bowl of soup and put a spoonful of sour cream.
