Milk soup with egg and garlic

Not quite a classic version of milk noodle soup. Grated garlic gives it an unusual taste.

  1. Bring sweet milk to a boil, add salt.
  2. Pour in the vermicelli, mix.
  3. Boil for a couple of minutes so that the starch is brewed and the vermicelli does not turn into a lump.
  4. During this time, in a mug, with the addition of a small amount of water, loosen the eggs.
  5. Stir vigorously, pour a thin stream into the saucepan.
  6. Add finely grated garlic clove and stir.
