  1. Peel carrots and onions, cut vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, salt and pepper, fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the tomatoes and place them in a saucepan, add chopped garlic, oregano and thyme.
  4. Pour in broth and bring everything to a boil. 5. Chop the cabbage and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
  5. Add the cabbage and zucchini to the saucepan, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add dry pasta, cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Add grated cheese and chopped basil to the soup, add spices and salt to taste.
  8. Serve the soup immediately after cooking.
