In order to cook a minestrone in a multicooker, you just need to load all the ingredients into the bowl and turn on the desired mode, and then the multicooker itself will prepare an incredibly delicious lunch for you.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. So let's get started. First of all, we peel the onions, but do not chop them, but simply make a cruciform incision on them, which should reach half the onion. Put the onion in the multicooker bowl. We clean the turnips and cut them into bars.
  2. Cut the carrots into quarters. Cut the celery into several large pieces (it is necessary for flavor). Cut the potatoes into cubes. We do the same with young zucchini. Rinse the champignons thoroughly and cut into slices. Shred cabbage.
  3. Now we just put all the chopped vegetables in the multicooker bowl, put the meat in a whole piece on top. When the soup is ready, just take out the beef, divide it into portions and return it to the soup.
  4. We return the bowl back to the multicooker and pour water into it until the very last line on the bowl. We turn on the "Soup" mode for an hour and we can watch our favorite TV show for now. When the mode is over, we open the multicooker, salt and pepper the soup, add chopped greens. Cook the minestrone for another 5 minutes on the "Steam cooking" mode. We lay out the finished soup on plates and serve. Bon Appetit!
