  1. So, pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put it on fire.
  2. When the liquid boils, pour the bouillon cubes into the pan and mix everything until they are completely dissolved. Now we quickly peel the vegetables and cut them. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes, chop the onion, and drain the water from the beans and rinse them. Young zucchini is also diced, chop the celery finely.
  3. Grind fresh herbs, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, clean the garlic. We leave part of the beans intact, and chop half of them with a special device or in a blender.
  4. When the cubes dissolve in water, put potatoes, zucchini, carrots, onions, celery, beans and garlic in a saucepan.
  5. Leave the soup to cook for 40-50 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, salt and pepper it, add the tomato and chopped greens. When the soup is ready, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into it, mix and serve. Bon Appetit!
