Miso soup with pork and mushrooms

A nutritious and aromatic dish, great for a family dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork meat into small pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the parsnip or gobo root.
  3. If a second product is used, then fill with cold water.
  4. Crumble the daikon into cubes with a side of one and a half centimeters.
  5. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, cut the caps into quarters.
  6. Pour boiling water over Konnyaka for a minute, put on a sieve and cool.
  7. Cut the product into four pieces and then crosswise into slices.
  8. Pour sesame oil into a saucepan, heat until a haze appears.
  9. Fry pork, add parsnips, daikon, konniyaka, mushrooms.
  10. Pour in the dashi broth, bring the soup to a boil, cook over low heat for fifteen minutes.
  11. Mix miso pasta with a little soup, pour into the main course.
