This soup can be prepared with broth and can be "lean", that is, cooked simply with mushroom broth.

  1. I had a ready-made chicken broth, poured a handful of dry mushrooms into it. Mushrooms boiled in broth for 30 minutes
  2. During this time, I peeled 2 medium potatoes. Cut into not too big pieces. The potatoes were sent to the broth.
  3. 5 minutes after adding the potatoes to the soup, add the frozen vegetable mixture.
  4. When the potatoes are completely cooked, we very carefully introduce a spoon (without a slide) of semolina into the soup, very carefully. stirring constantly so that no lumps form. and add finely chopped greens. And let's wait a bit.
  5. It turns out a very tasty vegetable soup with a pronounced mushroom taste and aroma.
