  1. We start cooking okroshka on kefir by washing and chopping finely cucumbers. We do the same with radishes, which we wash and chop finely.
  2. We wash the sorrel, dry it and chop finely. Wash green onions and cut into rings. Mix all the previous ingredients in a separate container.
  3. We add corn and peas to them. Fill the mixture of vegetables with kefir, mineral water. Salt and pepper to taste, serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
