  1. Cut the cucumbers and radishes into small cubes. Chop the greens.
  2. Combine cucumbers, radishes and herbs, add sour cream and salt to taste, leave vegetables for 15 minutes.
  3. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the sausage into small cubes, mix with vegetables and eggs. Add ayran and stir.
  5. Add salt to the okroshka to taste and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
