  1. Prepare your ingredients. Boil the egg hard-boiled beforehand.
  2. Boil the potatoes and cool. Cut into okroshka cubes. Remove the film, packaging from the sausage and cut into medium-sized cubes. Rinse the cucumbers, then cut into cubes. Chop hard-boiled eggs as well. Toss all the chopped ingredients.
  3. Add sour cream and salt to taste. Pour okroshka with chilled fermented baked milk and cold mineral water. Stir. Serve okroshka to the table in portioned plates with finely chopped dill. Bon Appetit!
