In the summer heat, okroshka has always been and remains the most popular dish. The dish is hearty, tasty, healthy and, most importantly, cold. Today we have okroshka with boiled chicken. And instead of kvass, kefir. Try it.

  1. Hard-boiled eggs, chill, peel and chop finely. Place in a saucepan. Wash fresh cucumber, peel and chop finely. Add to saucepan.
  2. Wash green onions and chop finely. Place in a saucepan. Cook the potatoes until tender. Refrigerate and cut into small cubes. Add to okroshka.
  3. Chop the boiled chicken finely and add to the pan. Wash the parsley or dill and chop finely, add to the saucepan.
  4. Pour kefir of any fat content into a saucepan. Add sparkling water and salt to taste. Adjust the density of okroshka with water. Okroshka with chicken on kefir is ready. Serve with sour cream.
