In spring, I especially want to cook dishes from fresh vegetables and herbs. Therefore, I am sharing a recipe for vegetarian okroshka with chickpeas. It turns out very tasty!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Boil the chickpeas in water until tender. Approximately 45 minutes.
  2. Drain water, cool. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms until tender. Cool it down. Cut cucumbers and potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the greens with a knife.
  3. Grate the radish on a coarse grater. Add chickpeas, stir all ingredients. Place okroshka on a plate. Add sour cream, salt to taste.
  4. Pour kvass into a plate. Okroshka with chickpeas is ready, bon appetit!
