Okroshka with fish and radish

  1. Boil fish in salted water, drain, cool, cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the radish and cucumbers, cut the cucumbers into cubes, grate the radish, finely chop the dill, parsley and onion. Boil eggs and potatoes in their skins, let cool, peel, chop.
  3. Grind onion with mustard, salt, sugar in a bowl, pour in a little kvass. In another deep bowl, mix cucumbers, potatoes, eggs, herbs, pounded onion and radish, mix, pour white kvass (it is more sour), add pieces of fish.
  4. Pour chilled okroshka with fish and radish into plates, put a tablespoon of sour cream in each
