Summer is just around the corner, so today I propose a recipe for an unconventional okroshka with tomatoes. It is as tasty and satisfying as the classic one, but tomatoes add softness and their sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients

Potatoes - 3 Pieces Chicken egg - 3 Pieces Cooked sausage - 250 Grams Fresh cucumber - 1-2 Pieces Green onions - 1 Bunch Tomatoes - 1-2 Pieces Kefir - 700 Milliliters Carbonated water - 1 Glass Salt - To taste

Directions

Prepare the ingredients for making okroshka. Boil potatoes, chill and chop. Add chopped green onions. Cut the boiled sausage into cubes and add to the okroshka.
Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop. Cut the tomato into cubes and add to the saucepan. Cut the cucumbers into cubes as well.
Pour kefir and soda water into a saucepan. Salt okroshka to taste and stir. Okroshka with tomatoes is ready. When serving, add sour cream to each plate.
