Okroshka without potatoes

I "facilitate" my favorite okroshka. I remove the potatoes, replace the fatty kefir with low-fat ones and add juicy tomatoes. The result is an excellent dietary meal that is suitable for everyone and is quick to prepare.

  1. Boil an egg. While you cook the rest, it should cool down.
  2. If you do not have boiled beef, boil a piece in salted water. Let it cool down.
  3. Rinse and dry tomatoes, cucumbers, dill and parsley. Peel the cucumbers, cut the stalks of the tomatoes. Cut. Chop the dill and parsley.
  4. Cut the cooled egg and beef into small cubes.
  5. Stir all ingredients in a large bowl. Salt.
  6. Pour the mixture with low-fat kefir or light yogurt, dilute with water and mix everything. If you wish, you can still cool the finished okroshka without potatoes in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
