Delicious pea soup with chicken fillet. Ingredients for 4 liters of finished soup.

  1. Cut chicken fillet.
  2. Cut potatoes.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Grate carrots.
  5. We wash the peas and send them to a pot of water.
  6. After boiling water, send the chicken fillet to the pan. Then remove the foam. Boil peas with meat for 50-60 minutes over low heat.
  7. After a while, add potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  9. Add grated carrots, fry until golden brown.
  10. Send the browned vegetables to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Then add bay leaf, allspice, black pepper and salt to taste. Boil the soup for another 5 minutes.
