  1. Bring the water to a boil and place the smoked bone in it. Rinse the peas thoroughly and place in a bowl. Cook until the peas are ready.
  2. Wash potatoes and carrots, peel, cut into cubes and transfer to a saucepan with peas.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, then add salt, pepper, marjoram and bouillon cube (optional).
  4. Use a slotted spoon to catch part of the thick (peas, potatoes, carrots), about 150 grams, transfer to a blender and puree.
  5. Then return the pureed mass to the pan and mix.
  6. Add diced sausage. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Pour the finished soup into bowls, add chopped greens and serve. Bon appetit!
