  1. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the walnuts. Divide cucumbers, nuts and raisins into 4 plates.
  2. Mix the yogurt with cold water, salt and mint until smooth. Pour the yoghurt mixture into each plate.
  3. Add ice and chopped mint, parsley, dill and basil to the soup if desired.
