Potato soup with stewed meat and buckwheat

This hearty and rich soup can be prepared in just 30 minutes.

  1. Cut onions and carrots into small pieces, potatoes into medium pieces.
  2. One potato can be chopped finely so that it is well boiled and the soup is thicker.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan. Add potatoes, carrots and buckwheat.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil and then simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry the onion for 4-5 minutes until soft and lightly browned.
  6. Add stew and onion to the soup. Stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. First, mash the stew with a spoon or fork so that there are no too large pieces left.
  8. Season the soup with salt and pepper, add the herbs, mix well and remove from heat after 1-2 minutes.
  9. There is already salt in the stew, so try the soup before you add salt just in case.
