  1. Boil the meat, then cool and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil the eggs in a separate saucepan, then cool them under cold water and peel them. Cut the eggs into cubes.
  3. Wash and boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and cut into cubes.
  4. Wash cucumbers and cut across into thin strips or cubes, you can cut into cubes.
  5. Wash the radishes and cut them into small pieces.
  6. Put all prepared ingredients in a large saucepan, where you will make okroshka.
  7. Wash and dry the greens, chop them finely.
  8. Transfer the herbs to a saucepan. Mix water with sour cream and pour into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, add salt to taste and squeeze out the lemon juice, stir.
