When I cook soups, I often improvise. Therefore, I come to different versions of the same dishes. Plus, I often focus on the products that are in the kitchen at the moment. See the recipe for the hodgepodge.

Ingredients

Cooked sausage - 150 Grams Potatoes - 3 Pieces Onions - 1 Pieces Pickled cucumber - 2 Pieces Lemon - 1 Piece Pitted olives - 10 Pieces Tomato paste - 3 Tbsp. spoons Water - 2-2.5 Liters Salt - To taste Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons Ground black pepper - To taste

Directions

Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Let it simmer in salted water for 15 minutes. Fry chopped onions in oil for 5 minutes.
Then add the diced sausage to it. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Olives - in rings.
When the potatoes are ready, add the frying, olives, cucumber, pepper, bay leaf and pasta to the soup. Bring the hodgepodge to a boil.
Place lemon wedges in each serving. Bon Appetit!
