Shurpa is a thick soup, an oriental dish. As a rule, it is made from lamb or beef. Here's a quick recipe for this stew. Delicious and aromatic soup will be ready in 35-40 minutes

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making the soup. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut and place in a saucepan. Fill with water and place on the stove.
  2. Put the stew from the can on a plate. Peel, wash and chop carrots and onions. Place in a skillet. Add the fat from the stew.
  3. Simmer vegetables lightly in a skillet with fat. Add the carrots and onions to the potato pan and continue cooking the shurpa. When the vegetables are ready, add salt, ground black pepper, bay leaves, and chopped tomatoes to the soup.
