Directions

Strengthen the cauldron over the fire. Chop the lamb. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into rings. Peel the carrots and chop coarsely. Peel the potatoes. Throw lamb into boiling water.
Don't forget to skim off the foam. After an hour, add carrots, potatoes. Add onion, salt. Add whole garlic. After 15 minutes add spices and pepper.
