Eastern cuisine has always been famous for its aromatic and spicy dishes, the Shurpa soup is one of them. A rich, thick and rich soup made from meat and vegetables, very tasty and sure to please your family.

  1. Rinse the meat and cut into large pieces.
  2. Peel and chop vegetables, except tomatoes.
  3. In a cast iron saucepan with a thick bottom, pour oil and fry the onions until golden brown, add the meat.
  4. When the meat is browned on all sides, add 1.5-2 liters of water and simmer for about an hour.
  5. Add carrots, tomatoes and bell peppers. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Then add potatoes, herbs and spices. Let the soup simmer until the potatoes are completely cooked through. Serve the soup while it is still warm. Bon appetit!
