  1. Soak the chickpeas for a day. Dip the meat in cold water and bring to a boil, cook while removing the foam. Add onions, tomatoes, carrots. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
  2. Remove all vegetables from the broth into a deep bowl. Add peas to the shurpa, cook for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and some carrots, cut into rings. Serve the finished shurpa with herbs. Bon Appetit!
