Simple pork soup with egg

With the addition of beaten eggs, regular meat soup with vegetables becomes thicker, tastier and more satisfying.

  1. Cut the pork into small pieces. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and remove any foam from the surface.
  2. Cut onions, carrots and peppers into small pieces and add to the saucepan. Cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Beat eggs with sour cream and flour so that there are no lumps left.
  4. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into it in a thin stream and stir constantly.
  5. Remove the soup from heat after 3-4 minutes. Serve with chopped herbs.
