Simple river fish ear

This is a fast and incredibly flavorful dish. The soup is especially tasty from freshly caught fish.

  1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into large or medium pieces, onions into small pieces.
  2. Dip vegetables in boiling water, season with salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Clean the fish, gut and remove the gills.
  4. Add the fish to the pot along with the peppercorns and lavrushka. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over low heat, uncovered, for about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add chopped garlic and herbs, stir and remove from heat.
  6. Leave the finished ear under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
